 Drs. Hubbel, Allen 315 Meeting House Lane, Southampton, 631-283-0355 Return to the map. Heading East on Montauk Highway (Route 27A) Montauk Highway changes it name as you pass into Southampton. From Montauk Highway, to Hill Street, to Jobs Lane, to Meeting House Lane. Montauk Highway ends in the Medical Complex. As you pass Southampton Hospital, continue pass the Stop Sign into the Medical Park. The office is the first building in the park on the Left. It has a long wheelchair ramp. Heading East on Sunrise Highway (Route 27) Continue on Sunrise Highway, it narrows to one lane. At the first light, make a Right on to Tuckahoe Road. Pass Southampton College, and at the light, make a Left onto Montauk Highway (Hill Street). Montauk Highway ends in the Medical Complex. As you pass Southampton Hospital, continue pass the Stop Sign into the Medical Park. The office is the first building in the park on the Left. It has a long wheelchair ramp. Heading West on Sunrise Highway (Route 27) At Pier One Imports on Left, Southampton Cadillac on Right, continue straight onto Hampton Road (do not turn right onto for County Road 39). At the light for Old Town Road (Citgo Gas Station), make a Left. At Meeting House Lane (Hospital on Right), make a Left into the park. The office is the first building in the park on the Left. It has a long wheelchair ramp. |
